Ideas needed

I like some of those ideas, one type I have is like, metal brackets on the wall and three glas shelves connected, and I have a plain wooden bookself looking one, andother wall-bracketed wood one, and a black shelf that I made a hellboy logo for all my Hellboy stuff [img]wink.gif[/img]

I was pretty sure those were the WM style shelves you were talking about. I pointed them out to the wife last night and got 'the look' lol. So I guess those are out.

At this point, I'm thinking 3-4 of the IKEA shelves, some floating shelves (that I'll have to make of course) and some sort of table along the wall for dioramas and the wife's AOME collection.

One of the requirements for the shelves is an open back. On one wall of the basement I'm going to paint a mural of the map of Middle Earth. On another I'll paint some sort of Spawn logo/design (suggestions are welcome here also).

I've got a set up similar to Jor's (very nice looking there Jor!), except my bookcases are black. And those cases do have the option of not putting on the back panel. I used some different heights and widths to give it somewhat of a "designed" look instead of just a wall of shelves. Of course, going with full cases entirely gives you much more room! [img]wink.gif[/img]

I think that the floating shelves (particularly glass) you mentioned - and I think Toymank too - look really, really nice when done well, which I'm sure you would do. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Only kidding - when I get around to it, I'll be going the same route with the WalMart.Target shelves. Just easy enough for the display of lines.

The Star Wars stuff is going to need some tables for me to do what I want.
